Martha travels extensively to add a special dimension to her presentations! From the time she was an undergraduate at Anna Maria College and spent her Junior Year Abroad in Italy through her Masters Degree in the History of Art from Williams College, Martha spent her summers working in Rome. More recent trips abroad have included the museums in France, the Netherlands, Great Britain, and Spain. Martha also loves to explore museum collections in the US from the MFA in Boston to the Getty Center in Los Angeles. Her road trips have also included the wonderful art collections in mid-west cities such as St. Louis, Cleveland, Kansas City, and Cincinnati. When home, Martha continues to learn with The Great Courses and also enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, and her three shelties, participating in Agility and Rally events.
